A whole side of premium Ora King Salmon from New Zealand (minimum 1.6kg), baked & topped with a vibrant herb gremolata and fresh lemon.

Serving Instructions:

Best served cold with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Simply remove from the fridge and place directly onto your serving platter.

Serving Size:

Feeds 8–12 people, or more if served with additional items additional items. 

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date within our daytime opening hours.
