Catering at Fred’s is all about sharing good food with family and friends - made simple.

Our range includes house-made accompaniments, ready-to-serve dishes, seasonal salads and premium catering options - all designed to help you entertain with ease.

Please read through the following information to make your ordering process as smooth as possible.

When Can I Place My Order?

Orders are open year-round.

We do not have a hard cut-off date for catering orders; however, our online system automatically closes items 2–4 days prior to your selected collection date, depending on each item’s preparation time.

We recommend ordering early, especially during busy seasonal periods, as popular items and collection times can book out.

Easter Orders:

For Easter, orders will close on 26th March.

Pricing & Payment

All catering items are sold at set prices.

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking.

For serving sizes and how many people each dish feeds, please refer to the description under each individual item on our website.

Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for catering orders.

All orders must be collected in-store from Fred’s Providore.

Shelf Life & Storage

  • Cooked meats: 4 days from the day of collection
  • Salads & seafood: 3 days from the day of collection

If you’re collecting early, please consider when you plan to serve your meal and choose your pickup date accordingly.

Keep all items refrigerated below 5°C until ready to serve or reheat.

Changes or Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations if you would like to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your selected collection date are non-refundable, as preparation will have commenced.

For Easter orders, any cancellations must also be made prior to 26th March.

In-Store Availability

Please note that catering items are pre-order only and may not be available for walk-in purchase.
