Roasted Pumpkin with Harissa Yoghurt

Our Sweet Roasted Pumpkin is cooked and ready for the table — the perfect festive side to brighten your Christmas spread. (GF, Vegetarian)

Included:

Wedges of pumpkin roasted until tender, served with our creamy Harissa Yoghurt and a sprinkle of toasted seeds. This delicious side can be enjoyed cold or gently reheated before serving.

Serving & Heating Instructions:

To serve warm — preheat oven to 160°C. Place the tray in the oven and heat uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with Harissa Yoghurt.
To serve cold — simply remove from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before serving.

Serving Size:

Feeds 8–10 people, or more if served with additional items additional items from our Christmas Catering or Christmas Produce range.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date. Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm - all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December).
