Slow Roasted Free Range Lamb Shoulder

Perfect for Christmas Day without the effort - our Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder is fully cooked and ready for your festive table. Tender, flavourful and easy to serve, it’s the perfect centrepiece for your Christmas table. (GF, DF)

Included:

2.4kg whole bone-in free-range lamb shoulder, slow-cooked until tender and falling off the bone with wine, lemon, garlic and oregano. 

Serving & Heating Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C. Place lamb in an oven-safe tray add 1 cup of water or stock and cover tightly with foil. Heat for 45–60 minutes, or until piping hot and the meat pulls easily from the bone. Drizzle with pan juices and serve with garlic yoghurt.

Serving Size:

Feeds 8-12 people, or more when paired with additional items additional items from our Christmas Catering or Christmas Produce range.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date. Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm - all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December).
