Maple Roasted Heirloom Carrots & Sweet Potato

Our famous Fred’s After Hours Heirloom Carrots and Sweet Potato pieces are roasted with a sweet maple glaze - a delicious, crowd-pleasing side for your Christmas table. (GF, DF, V)

Included:

Heirloom carrots and sweet potato pieces, roasted until caramelised in our sweet maple glaze.

Serving & Heating Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the tray in the oven and heat for 10–15 minutes, or until hot.

Serving Size:

Feeds 8–10 people as a side, or more if served with additional items from our Christmas Catering or Christmas Produce range.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date.  Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm — all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December) to ensure maximum freshness.
