Fred's Mushroom Sauce w/ Brandy

Rich, savoury and full of depth - our house-made Mushroom Sauce with Brandy is the perfect accompaniment to your next steak, schnitzel or even hot chips. Made in-house by the Fred’s team with fresh mushrooms, cream and a splash of brandy for a smooth, velvety finish. (GF)

Included:
One 200ml jar of By Fred’s Mushroom Sauce with Brandy, ready to heat and serve.

Serving & Heating Instructions:
Warm gently on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Serve immediately over steak, schnitzel or roast vegetables.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date. Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm - all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December).
