100% free-range rolled pork rind, ready to be salted, oiled and roasted for perfectly crispy crackle. Each roll is expertly prepared and sold by the piece — just under A4 in size, with natural variations depending on the cut of pork.

Serving & Cooking Instructions:
Score, salt and oil before roasting for crisp, golden crackling. Best roasted at 220°C for 30–40 minutes or until puffed and crunchy.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date. Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm - all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December).
