Pre-order to secure your free-range, house-smoked Christmas Ham. Farmgate to Plate's double-smoked, honey-cured hams have been awarded NSW’s Best Bone-In Leg Ham by the Australian Meat Industry Council. Available in half and whole legs, each ham is prepared using traditional methods for rich flavour, tenderness and a beautiful finish on your Christmas table.

Preparation Option:
For an additional $15 per ham, our butchers can prepare your ham ready for glazing. Glaze is sold separately and can be purchased here: Fred's Ham Glaze

Half and whole hams available. 

Deposit & Pricing Information:

Because our premium hams, specialty poultry (such as turkey, duck and goose) and roasts are natural, hand-prepared products, the final weight of your order may vary slightly from the estimate. If it’s a little higher, we’ll let you know and collect the difference at pickup. If it’s a little lower, we’ll refund you promptly.

We’ll always do our best to match your preferred size so you take home the perfect centrepiece for your table.

A deposit of approximately 80% will be taken when you place your order, with the small balance due upon pickup once your item has been weighed.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Fred's Providore on your chosen pickup date. Please note that on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December), Fred’s Providore will close at 2pm - all pickups on this date must be collected before then.

For orders containing fresh seafood, pickup is only available on Christmas Eve (24 December).
