Pork Butchery & Craft Beer Tasting
Fred's Providore pork masterclass, an intimate night of meat and knives featuring a sampling of some fine craft beers.
What's on the night:
- Welcome refreshments and canapés on arrival + an intro by your host's, the brewer and one of our highly skilled butchers.
- A personalised pork break down by your butcher, show casing where each primal comes from & detailing cuts from each primal section. Learn how to bone, roll, marinade and tie a porchetta roast.
- Grab a knife + apron and put what you've learnt into practice. Bone, roll, marinade and tie a porchetta roast + cryovac to take home.
- To finish, enjoy a sample board of craft beers whilst tucking into house smoked pork sliders and sides.
Guests will take home their butchers knife, apron and the meat they've butchered on the night.

There is free street parking conveniently located directly outside Fred’s Providore. Cronulla Train Station is a short 1 minute walk and the local bus stop is 50m from the shop.

Arrivals will be accommodated 15 minutes prior to the event commencement time. You will be welcomed with Canapes and refreshments upon arrival.
