Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-Wide at a flat-rate of $15.00 per hamper.
Shipping Time Frames
- We aim to dispatch your order from our Sydney store within 3 working days receiving your order.
- During peak holiday & gifting periods such as Christmas, please allow an additional 2 days for us to prepare and ship your order.
- Should you need your order delivered urgently, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We use Australia Post to ship all orders. Whilst we cannot control or take responsibility for delays once your order leaves us, please see approximate time frames for delivery below:
Incorrect Shipping Details
- If your order has been dispatched and you have entered the incorrect address, Fred’s Providore is not responsible for, nor able to retrieve the package.
- Should the package be returned to us, we will happily re-send the package to the correct address at an additional postage cost of $15.00.
Refunds & Returns
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect shipping addresses or delayed packages where the delay is outside of our control.
- Each order is packaged with love and care, with tissue wrapping around each item for protection.
In the unlikely event your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a photo of the damaged item and we will either refund or replace the item at our cost.
Out of stock / substitute items
Occasionally an item in your chosen hamper may be out of stock or unavailable from the maker or supplier. If this occurs, we will substitute the item with another of similar style & value. Please note we will contact you via email to ensure you approve of this substitution
